Packers first stock sale in 10 years brings in more than $41 million in the first 8 days. Emma Goetz reports.
According to Fox 11 News, the Green Bay Packers announced that they are having their sixth stock sale in Packers History, with the last one being in 2011. So far, the Packers have sold more than 138,000 shares of stock in the last 8 plus days of the offer. The shares are being sold at $300 apiece and there are still more than half of the 300,000 shares being offered available. The money from the purchased stocks will be used towards renovations on Lambeau Field, including new video boards. The last boards were installed in 2012. The stock sale is set to run until February 25th unless all the shares are sold before that.
